IGP reserves the rights to determine the membership fee, the minimum order value thresholds, and the discount percentages at its sole discretion. You will be informed of any such modifications before any changes take place.
No cash alternative to any of the benefits will be offered.
Some special products fees, handling charges, and/or taxes may be applicable to the eligible purchases.
The membership fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and is subject to applicable taxes.
IGP reserves the rights to extend the membership period, and may also discontinue or withdraw any such extension without prior notice.
IGP Select membership is discretionary for the IGP users, and the users can purchase products on IGP without subscribing to the membership as well.
IGP may sometimes offer trials or other promotional IGP Select memberships to certain users, which are also subject to these Terms & Conditions.
IGP Select membership isn't available for the users who purchase products for the purpose of resale or use IGP Select membership to deliver products to their customers or potential customers.
IGP reserves the right to either suspend or cancel the benefits and/or membership in case it finds or suspects or alleges any fraud or misuse of IGP Select by the members. In all such cases, IGP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or recover any claimed benefits earned as a part of this program.
All queries with respect to the IGP Select membership shall be sent to support@igp.com with the subject line 'IGP Select'. All endeavors shall be made to address your queries. However, it is clarified that no response shall not be construed as a deficiency or an act of omission on the part of IGP.
IGP shall have the right to modify and/or withdraw the IGP Select membership without prior notice.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
